By accessing or using AlphaRadar ("the Platform", "Service", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
AlphaRadar is a quantitative research and screener assistant. We utilize a Bayesian probability model approach to evaluate speculative assets against predefined checklist gates. The calculations, scores, and verdicts are based on historical data feed algorithms and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.
3. Strict Financial Disclaimer & No Advice
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:AlphaRadar does NOT provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. All evaluations, scores, and checklist verdicts (such as "R1 PASS" or "FAIL") are for informational, educational, and research purposes only. You must conduct your own independent research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any financial commitments.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall AlphaRadar, its developers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, financial losses, loss of capital, trading deficits, data inaccuracies, or server downtime) resulting from your reliance on the analytical models, data feeds, or checklists provided by the Service. You trade and invest entirely at your own risk.
5. User Accounts & Subscriptions
To access certain premium features (such as creating speculative watchlists or saved screening presets), you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized account activity. Account deletions can be performed natively via the Account Profile panel.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform’s proprietary Bayesian evaluation models, formulas, interface designs, codebase, logos, and custom graphics are the exclusive property of AlphaRadar and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. No reverse-engineering or unauthorized commercial replication of our proprietary R1 EV checklists is permitted.
7. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any portion thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any claim or dispute arising out of your use of AlphaRadar shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
